Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available) via email or text. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. A Parentz Touch ABA Services LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance with tracking or delivery issues. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the item. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

**Shipping Restrictions** We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations depending on the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions or delivery limitations.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

**Delayed Orders** While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we recommend monitoring the tracking information provided. If you experience significant delays, you may contact us for assistance, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
